First time I've needed HVAC repair service on 6 y/o house. Read a lot of reviews of companies, but there is always the concern of whether who you called is the best. Happy to say Jason Y. at TE Certified is The Best! He called me to advise he'd be arriving about 30 minutes later. He had actually read the customer notes I provided regarding troubleshooting I had already done. Once on scene, he then very methodically evaluated each piece in the "chain", and initially thought a condenser circuit board had become defective. However, he continued to rule out other possibilities, and discovered that a wire had gone bad instead. He rerouted using a different wire, and problem solved, and the circuit board was fine. System is up and running perfectly. Jason also explained everything he was doing, showed me some things I could do myself to improve the system, and was very competent and cordial to chat with. He got all that done in under 2 hours. The bill was also very very reasonable. I have no doubt at all who I will call the next time we have any HVAC issue.

I needed assistance within a short window; TE Certified stepped up and sent an electrician who was able to correct the problem. Through a reasoned thought process, Jason was able to search out and correct the problems found by the inspector. Troubleshoot Closet Lighting
Warranty for defective gfi. Replaced defective gfi with 20 amp gfi with alarm so that the customer doesn’t loose any more food. Performed panel restoration and installed safety monitoring breakers. Everything tested and working properly.
Drain valve on water heater is leaking. Water heater is 10 years old and is also leaking from other areas on the unit. i replaced the drain valve to slow down the leaking from the water heater. Provided estimate to replace the water heater with code upgrades.

Replace a 50 gallon electric water heater and PRV and main ball valve
For this job I worked on installing 2 costumer provided ceiling fans. Both were in high ceiling rooms. Disposed both of the old fans. Checked voltage and connections upon completing. Everything is working properly. Left recommendations to add surge protection to increase safety of the home.
Performed single system spring homecare. Installed ApcoX ultra indoor air purification system. Install water safety switch inline of drain and wet switch. Recommend having entire duct work cleaned. It seems it is construction dust from new home.
Performed a toilet rebuild on the downstairs hallway toilet. Toilet in the master bathroom is rocking. Upon removing the toilet I discovered that the flange was broken, removed and replaced the flange. Also installed new flange bolts and a wax seal. Secured the toilet to the floor. Tested both toilets for functionality. No leaks detected and each toilet working properly.
